Paula Reichenberg
CEO and founder

Paula Reichenberg is an attorney-at-law admitted to the Zurich bar. After graduating summa cum laude from the University of Fribourg, she worked for three years in the M&A and Capital Markets team of Bär & Karrer AG, Zurich. She holds an MBA from INSEAD, where she graduated with honors.


Hal Wyner
project manager / senior translator

After studying classics at Harvard, Hal worked as a journalist for many years in Germany, France and Israel. He is fluent in English, French and German and has 15+ years of translating experience. He holds bilingual bachelor’s and master's degrees in law from the University of Fribourg. As well as managing translation projects, Hal is in charge of development of our Legal English Course.


Marlène Rump
project manager

Marlène Rump is currently studying Economics at the University of Zurich. She previously studied at the Ecole Hôtelière in Lausanne, with an accent on management, and worked as a marketing assistant for Obermatt, a consulting company. She joined Hieronymus in 2011 as project manager for Connext - the legal career fair and for the "Next Coaching Programm".


Andrew Levine
project manager

After working for two years in Geneva for Lalive Avocats, Andrew Levine passed the Geneva bar exam in 2005. He then moved to New York, where he worked in client services for Schlesinger Associates, one of the country's largest market research companies. He returned to Switzerland in late 2007, to assume his current position as project manager with Hieronymus.


Marina Angelil Arpe
project manager / senior translator

After obtaining a bilingual law degree from the University of Fribourg, Marina Angelil Arpe passed her bar exam in 2001 and worked as an attorney-at-law for four well-known law firms in Geneva and Zurich until 2011. She is fluent in French, English, German and Spanish and has performed legal work in those four languages. As well as managing translation projects, Marina is in charge of the NEXT Coaching Program.


Viviane Knaus
communications manager

Viviane Knaus studied Political Science at the University of Zurich and received her Master's degree in 2008. She then worked as an editorial journalist for the "Zürichsee-Zeitung" and interned at the Economic Magazine "ECO" of Swiss Television. Since late 2010 Viviane is communications manager at Hieronymus.


Myriam Tschopp
office and translations manager

Myriam Tschopp studied Romance and English languages and literature as well as informatics at the University of Zurich, where she received her Master's degree in 2009. As a project and teaching assistant for several years, she has gained expertise in the linguistics and educational fields. A bilingual German and French native speaker, she is also fluent in English, Italian and Spanish. As of June 2011, Myriam is office and translations manager at Hieronymus.


John McBride
IT development

John McBride gained a PhD in Physics from the University of Manchester after graduating from there, summa cum laude in Theoretical Physics. He has worked in banking; on trading floors as a Derivatives Quant and in IT where he developed pricing, risk management and e-commerce platforms.
