As well as general paralegal services, we have extensive experience with the particularly stringent requirements of legal translation.

Our team of translators is made up of either qualified bilingual jurists or experienced professional legal translators. Each and every translation is reviewed by a jurist or attorney.

We currently offer translation services to and from English, French, German, Italian and Spanish. We specialize in the following:

• Corporate Housekeeping: annual reports, corporate governance, notice of general meetings, articles of association, shareholder agreements;
• Banking Documents: fund prospectuses, general terms and conditions, forms and contracts;
• Capital Markets: IPO's, notifications;
• Transactions: share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, etc.
• Litigation: national and international proceedings, patent litigation;
• Private Insurance Law: guidelines from the FINMA (Financial Market Supervisory Authority), reports, etc.

Document translation, editing and review is performed by staff members whose mother tongue is that of the end document. Translations are always reviewed prior to submission.
